Another book by Alexandra Christo that I found hard to rate. It improved in some aspects from Into the Crooked place, but some aspect were still lacking from which I expected more. I enjoyed it a bit better then the first book, so I'll give it 3.5 stars.
This was a difficult book to rate. It has a lot of positive points, but also quite a few negative ones for me that threw me off a bit. I did overall still enjoy it and am excited for the sequel, so it will be 3 stars for me.
As you may or may not have noticed, I've been a bit absent here lately. I broke my elbow two weeks ago, had surgery and am now in a cast for the next couple of weeks. It makes it kind of hard to type these blogbosts and even to hold open a book (thankfully, ebooks exist). It will therefore stay a bit quieter here in the near future since I will only be writing when I feel up to it. I did want to let you know what books I'm excited for that are coming out in the month of March.
